Trustworthy, loyal, motivated, and success oriented.  In a nutshell, integrity, dedication, experience, and faith have been the bedrock of all my success.  While in California, I assisted my clients in the sale and/or acquisition of over 30 million dollars of commercial real estate with Grubb and Ellis Investment Division in the 90s.  I started with a focus on single tenant NNN lease deals along with smaller shopping centers while helping those in 1031 exvhanges.  I then changed my direction to multifamily deals.  Since returning to real estate in Michigan, my focus has been on residential real estate while furthering my knowledge of commercial real estate.  I have consummated a few residential transactions, while primarily working on my own investments.  However, I have recently decided to work full-time helping others emotionally and strategically sell and/or acquire properties.  I believe one of my gifts is to serve others, thereby solidifying my motto, I live to serve.  Please call me and let me do my best to help you!
